For many years, Turkey's largest company is a company created by engineers who have worked on come together. We are ready to pour your parts with our team that has poured countless parts in Automotive, Cement and Mining, Pump and Valve, Heat Treatment, Industrial Machinery, Railway, Energy, Oil and Gas sectors at home and abroad. Reverse Engineering, Part Design, Casting Simulation and Model Mold Production
Before casting, we examine your part and design, model / mold production suitable for casting is analyzed and made by our experienced team.
Casting
Casting is done by analyzing the design of your part, the place of use, the amount of the most suitable casting method and material for you. Precision Casting ensures that wax models are molded with ceramic layers and produced on clean surfaces, with quality casting surfaces, and with precise tolerance. Machining
We produce your part by determining the most suitable processing method according to the design, material and quantity of your part.
Quality control
After your part is produced, we conduct and certify the requested destructive and non-destructive tests. According to your request, we deliver your material with 3.1B and 3.2 certificates. We regularly measure your parts and deliver the measurement report with your certificate.
